Office Manager
Tera is the Office Manager with W Design Associates and is responsible for all office procedures.
Education
- University of Nebraska at Kearney: BS, Interior Design, May 2005.
Experience
- 2005 – 2010: Showcase, Showroom consultant. Customer service and showroom sales. Operate 20/20 Kitchen design software. Work with contractors and their clients regarding housing projects and design.
- 2010 – 2012: Principal Financial Group, Retirement Specialists II: SIE Series 6 license. Customer service provided for client’s retirement accounts.
- 2012 – 2021: Community Hospital, Safety Assistant. Assist with occupational health and safety tasks and training. Provide continual education. Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance. Active participant accreditation surveys and oversee corrective action plans.
- 2021 – 2023: Community Hospital, Safety & Security Director. Provided oversight for the Security team and occupational safety and health for the facility. Project management, education, and public speaking on a regular basis. Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance.
- 2023 – Present: W Design Associates, Inc. – Office Manager.
